Jason had always been fascinated by the way nature worked in harmony. From a young age, he had a deep curiosity about plants and fungi, particularly mushrooms. But he wasn’t just interested in growing them—he wanted to revolutionize the way they were cultivated. That passion led him to establish Mycoharvest, a company dedicated to innovative, soil-free mushroom and water-based vegetation growth.

With over a decade of expertise in hydroponics and controlled-environment agriculture, Jason developed groundbreaking techniques to cultivate mushrooms at an unprecedented scale. His research led to the creation of the water-based vertical growth tower, an advanced system that maximized space efficiency while optimizing water usage. He also pioneered the fully sanitized mushroom growth space, where temperature and moisture levels were precisely monitored and controlled, eliminating contamination risks and ensuring high-quality yields.
